Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad (Only direct payroll candidates or from Tier1 )

Key Criteria:

• Pega Developer-(CSSA Certified)
• Proven experience as a Pega Developer.
• Mandatory Skills: Pega development, BPM, CSSA Certification (MUST)
• Design and develop Pega applications using best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design.
• Implement workflows, decision rules, and UI components within the Pega platform.
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Maintain documentation and support deployment activities.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Pega BPM development.
• Strong understanding of Pega PRPC architecture and design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Pega versions 7.x, 8.x or later.
• Certified Pega CSSA or LSA preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
