Skills : mortgage Conventional Underwriting, Knowledge of Agency Guidelines (FNMA & FHLMC), exp in calculate income, run the AUS (DU & LP) and calculate DTI ratio, knowledge of Credit report. Appraisal report, Asset calculation & Title report, analytical skills and very good in calculations, ederal and state lending regulations (e.g., RESPA, TRID, FHA, VA, USDA).

Experience: 3 + years experience in Live Underwriting in US mortgage process MUST
