Skills : experience in Loan processing, closing and/or post-closing, US Mortgage Residential disclosures, fees and closing documents including but not limited to 1003, Note, Title, Purchase Contract, Security Instrument, NMLS, Valuation, Loan Estimate, Closing Disclosure, , RTC, Net Tangible Benefit, Insurance docs, Flood Cert, FHA Connection and Valuation documents, decent knowledge of Fannie Mae, FHA, VA, USDA guidelines, Excellent verbal and written communication skills preferred

Experience: 2+ years of experience in Loan processing, closing and/or post-closing.
